Commercial Lines Claims Specialist - Commercial General Liability (Southern venues; hybrid)

Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve commercial general liability claims with moderate complexity. Draft comprehensive coverage position letters, manage defense of more complex regional claims across multiple jurisdictions, and mentor lesser experienced team members. Requires strong claims handling acumen, knowledge of state laws, ability to work independently with limited supervision, and licensing in assigned states. Hybrid role based out of Charlotte-Ballantyne, NC; travel to mediations/hearings as needed. A four-year degree (or equivalent experience) and 5+ years of general liability claim handling are required; licensing to adjust claims in applicable states is required within company timelines.
