Commercial Lines Claims Consultant

Answer claims-related questions, discuss claims processes, and follow up with clients to ensure issues are addressed. Gather appropriate information to report claims to carriers under all lines of business, enter data into Epic, generate Acord notices, and obtain adjuster contact details. Actively manage assigned claims using activity systems, obtain status updates, and continuously document file notes. Advocate for clients in reserving and claim evaluations, coordinate carrier requests, and participate in claim reviews. Prepare loss summary reports for internal customers and comply with agency standards. Requires a HS Diploma, 3-5 years of relevant experience, and a Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred. On-site presence required for collaboration.
