Commercial Lines Broking Specialist

Commercial Lines Broking Specialist receives and processes submissions for business from a network of insurance agents, obtains quotes from multiple carriers, and provides agents with multiple quotes based on business requirements. Develops and maintains broker relationships; collaborates with Account Managers and Client Advisors to develop coverage strategy and marketing initiatives for renewal and prospective Middle Market P&C business; prepares client-ready documentation including proposals, analysis, and coverage comparisons for new business and renewals; participates in client/prospect meetings; negotiates with underwriters to establish best terms and conditions; maintains positive relationships with carriers writing Middle to upper Middle Market P&C; provides leadership and mentoring to Broking Associates; presents trends and issues internally and externally; drives use of technology in broking and client service; maintains professionalism and ethical behavior.
