Commercial Lines Associate Client Representative

Associate Client Representative supporting a high-volume Commercial Lines book under a lead servicer; set up and maintain accurate account details and policy information in EPIC; attach, organize, and name documents; generate standard communications to clients and carriers (BOR, proposal letters, change requests, proofs of insurance); endorse policies in EPIC; create activities in EPIC and assign team members; order loss runs; leverage templates and system-generated letters to ensure accurate, on-time service. 0-2 years’ experience in Commercial Property and Casualty; HS Diploma or equivalent; Licensed or obtaining state Property & Casualty license within a specified time frame; proficient in Excel, Word, and MS Office; strong written and oral communication; ability to follow established processes and prioritize work to meet client needs.
