Job Summary
Support the daily management of a high-volume Commercial Lines book of select business under the direction of a lead servicer. Key duties include setting up and maintaining accurate account Details in EPIC, attaching and organizing documents, producing standard client and carrier communications (BOR, proposal letters, change requests, proofs of insurance), endorsing policies in EPIC, creating activities and assigning team members, and ordering loss runs. Requires 0-2 years in Commercial Property and Casualty, a state Property & Casualty license within a specified timeframe, and proficiency with MS Office. Strong communication skills, the ability to learn coverage fundamentals, and a proven ability to follow established processes to deliver timely, quality service are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed or obtaining state Property & Casualty insurance license within a specified time frame
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years’ experience in Commercial Property and Casualty
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, and MS Office
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to learn coverage fundamentals
- Able to follow established processes to deliver solutions
