Commercial Lines Associate Client Representative

Job Summary
Support the daily management of a high-volume Commercial Lines book under a lead servicer, including setting up and maintaining client and policy information in EPIC, organizing documents, producing standard communications to clients and carriers, endorsing policies, creating activities, ordering loss runs, and applying strong MS Office skills along with effective written and verbal communication to meet client needs. Develop knowledge of coverage fundamentals, prioritize tasks, and collaborate with a senior team member to deliver timely, accurate service in a desk-based office role.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed or obtaining state Property & Casualty insurance license within a specified time frame
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, and other MS Office products
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to learn coverage fundamentals
- 0-2 years’ experience in Commercial Property and Casualty
- Ability to follow established processes and manage workflow
