Job Summary
Supports a high-volume Commercial Lines book under a lead servicer, providing excellent client service and ensuring timely, accurate tasks. Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining account details and policy information in EPIC, organizing and naming documents, producing standard client/carrier communications ( BOR, proposal letters, change requests, proofs of insurance, etc.), endorsing policies in EPIC, creating activities, ordering loss runs, and maintaining workflow to meet client needs. Requires 0-2 years of experience in Commercial Property and Casualty and a state Property & Casualty license in progress. Strong MS Office competency, communication skills, and the ability to learn coverage fundamentals are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed or obtaining state Property & Casualty insurance license within a specified time frame
- High School Diploma or equivalent
