Job Summary
Support a high-volume Commercial Lines book under the direction of a lead servicer by handling setup and maintenance of account details in EPIC, organizing documents, producing standard client/carrier communications, endorsing policies, creating activities, ordering loss runs, and applying knowledge of Excel/Word to service clients and carriers. Requires strong written and verbal communication, ability to follow a defined set of activities, and a willingness to learn coverage fundamentals; 0-2 years’ experience in Commercial Property and Casualty and an active or soon-to-be Property & Casualty license.
Required Qualifications
- Licenses/Certifications: Licensed or obtaining state Property & Casualty insurance license within a specified time frame
- HS Diploma or equivalent
