Job Summary
Commercial Lines Account Manager role focusing on middle and large accounts, with guidance to lead client service, strategy design, renewal messaging, and coordination with subject matter experts. Responsibilities include developing and delivering service plans, preparing for strategy meetings, analyzing exposures and gaps, supporting mid-market placements, reviewing binders and coverage confirmations, participating in post-renewal and stewardship activities, and maintaining accurate policy and account details in EPIC. Requires 3+ years of Property & Casualty experience and a state P&C license; strong communication, relationship-building, and Excel skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
