Job Summary
Commercial Lines Account Manager – Surety position in Napa, CA. Provides daily administrative support for Surety accounts, processes bond requests and renewals, handles risk-management and client communications, educates partners on Surety products and compliance, and maintains documentation to agency standards. Requires active California P&C license, 5+ years of experience in Surety/Commercial Lines, and Epic agency management system experience; surplus/excess lines experience also required. Salary range $80,000–$90,000; benefits include health, 401(k), life insurance, STD/LTD, and PTO/holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Active P&C License in the State of California (required)
- 5+ years of industry experience, with a strong background in Surety and Commercial Lines
- Experience with Epic agency management system (required)
- Surplus/excess lines experience (required)
