Commercial Lines Account Manager

Coordinate with insurance advisors to obtain policy information and maintain expiration control logs. Assist in marketing new and renewal business by evaluating premiums, preparing proposals, and generating billing invoices. Provide prompt client service by answering calls regarding coverage, claims, or administrative needs and delivering policy documents. Accompany advisors to client meetings when requested and assist in cross-selling efforts. Maintain a suspense system to track outstanding orders and follow up on overdue items.
