Job Summary
Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager to manage small books of business, renew existing policies, bind new business leads, and round out accounts to drive revenue. You will work closely with insureds to build strong client relationships, train junior team members on customer interactions, and collaborate with onshore/offshore SDU teams to complete required work. The role requires evaluating carrier relationships, market placement, and providing timely, quality service using Agency Management Systems and Excel, while contributing to team goals and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years Property and Casualty insurance experience or related coverage experience in a retail agency or service center
- Active Resident Property and Casualty insurance license required
- Located in Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zone to accommodate client
- Microsoft Office Proficiency - Excel required
- Experience working in Agency Management System required
