Job Summary
Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager serves as the main point of contact and technical expert on a client book of business, renewing existing policies, binding new business leads, and rounding out accounts to grow revenue. Collaborates with onshore/offshore SDU teams, trains junior team members on client interactions, and provides guidance on insurance solutions by evaluating carrier relationships, products, and market placement. Exercises strong client relationships, drives retention, and delivers quality service using Agency Management Systems while consulting with customers and colleagues to meet needs.
Required Qualifications
- Active Property and Casualty license required
- 3-5 years Property and Casualty insurance experience
- Located in Mountain or Central time zone
- Microsoft Office Proficiency - Excel required
- Experience with Agency Management System required
