Commercial Lines Account Manager

As a Commercial Lines Account Manager you will verify the accuracy of commercial policy documents and endorsements, process client information to maintain current files, and support the Account Executive in servicing client accounts. Responsibilities include reviewing new and renewal policies within 10 days, processing endorsements with carriers, entering changes into EPIC, following up on outstanding change requests, issuing certificates and auto ID cards, handling daily mail and workflow updates, collaborating with Account Executives and other staff, attending licensing-required trainings, preparing insured letters, and performing additional duties as assigned. Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills; attention to detail; and the ability to work both independently and within a team are essential. Knowledge of commercial lines operations, policy processing, and licensing requirements is expected.
