Job Summary
Lead client service for middle- and large accounts in Property & Casualty insurance. Collaborate with senior colleagues on strategy design and renewal messaging; may independently lead all messaging on smaller accounts with guidance. Responsibilities include creating and delivering service plans, preparing for strategy meetings, reviewing exposures and gap analyses, assisting mid-market placements with SMEs, finalizing proposals and binders, post-renewal and stewardship activities, and overseeing confirmations of coverage, endorsements, and audits. Also responsible for setup/maintenance of account details in EPIC, loss history summaries, program/expiring exposure reviews, drafting finance contracts and premium allocations, reviewing carrier invoices, coordinating audits, and ensuring accuracy in policy administration. Essential skills include strong written and verbal communication, relationship building, Excel proficiency, problem solving, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a customer-service mindset. Education and licensing requirements include HS diploma or equivalent and a state Property & Casualty license.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in Property & Casualty with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages
- Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license.
- HS Diploma or equivalent
