Commercial Lines Account Manager- Middle Market

As a Middle Market Commercial Account Manager, you will manage an assigned book of business generally in excess of $500k in revenue, retain clients through quality customer service and accurate client information, collaborate with a team of Producers, Sr. Account Managers and Associate Account Managers, mentor and train Associate Account Managers and Team Assistants as needed, and contribute to overall client satisfaction. You will leverage EPIC and other systems to maintain client data with a focus on achieving high retention, while applying strong communication, Excel proficiency, and a professional, service-oriented approach to risk management and insurance solutions for middle-market accounts.
