Job Summary
Manage commercial lines account servicing, including binders, certificates of insurance, policy endorsements, invoicing, audits, claims, and cancellations. Drive new business and renewal processes by reviewing risk management surveys, evaluating exposures, and developing marketing plans for carrier submissions. Prepare client proposals, negotiate coverage terms and pricing with carriers and underwriters, and coordinate required underwriting documentation. Review policy terms and endorsements while working with risk control resources on complex claims matters. Requires an active Property & Casualty license and five years of commercial lines experience. Base salary ranges from 100k to 115k with team bonuses and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license
- 5+ years of commercial lines account management experience
- Experience managing commercial insurance renewals, new business, carrier submissions, coverage review, and policy servicing
