Job Summary
Commercial Lines Account Manager responsible for providing prompt, accurate service to clients, producers and company personnel; design and implement insurance programs aligned with agency guidelines; prepare proposals, summaries of insurance and applications, obtain client signatures, and manage renewals; negotiate rate terms with carriers; provide technical support to Producers; assist with remarketing and client follow-ups; educate clients on coverage, exclusions and exposures; manage workflow to ensure timely processing; excel in MS Excel and carrier/agency processes; collaborate with teams to meet client needs and agency standards; in-office role in Bossier City, LA or Baton Rouge, LA; requires 3-5 years of P&C experience and an active General Lines or Property & Casualty license.
Required Qualifications
- Active General Lines or Property & Casualty License required
- 3-5 years of Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance experience required
