Job Summary
Commercial Lines Account Manager provides prompt, accurate, and courteous service to clients, producers, and company personnel; plans and designs insurance programs for clients in accordance with agency guidelines; informs clients about coverage, exclusions, and exposures; prepares proposals, summaries, and applications with client signatures; renews and remarkets policies; negotiates rate terms with carriers; offers technical support to Producers; educates clients on audit procedures; manages workflow to ensure efficient processing of transactions; requires excellence in Excel usage and familiarity with agency systems; emphasizes client-focused service and strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Active General Lines or Property & Casualty License required
- CISR and/or CIC preferred
