Job Summary

The Commercial Lines Account Manager is responsible for providing prompt, accurate, and courteous service to clients, producers, and company personnel. Key responsibilities include planning and implementing insurance programs, maintaining knowledge of industry developments, generating premium allocations, negotiating terms with carriers, and providing technical support to producers. The role requires advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and the ability to educate clients on coverage and audit procedures. Essential skills include problem analysis, attention to detail, strong communication, timely task completion, teamwork, client focus, dependability, creativity, organization, and adaptability. This position mandates an active General Lines or Property & Casualty License and 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance experience required
  • Active General Lines or Property & Casualty License required

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working with Captive clients preferred
  • Applied Epic experience preferred, but knowledge of similar Account Management System (AMS) is acceptable
