Job Summary
Commercial Lines Account Manager responsible for providing comprehensive service to Commercial Lines clients, including developing complete submissions on new and renewal business, obtaining quotes, performing renewal risk exposure analyses, maintaining client files and documentation in the agency management system, managing renewal expiration lists and aged receivables, responding to client inquiries, processing acknowledgements, ensuring proper billing, processing daily mail, pursuing CE credits, keeping current with underwriting requirements and industry trends, and participating in special projects as requested by management. The role emphasizes supporting Producers' sales efforts and maintaining strong client relationships within the Bay City, MI region. Responsibilities also include handling policy documentation, endorsements, invoices, binders, certificates of insurance, and adherence to agency procedures and timelines.
