Job Summary
Commercial Lines Account Manager for a Florida independent agency serving the Sarasota/Bradenton area. Responsibilities include daily client interactions to review policies, answer coverage questions, renewals and policy changes, assisting clients with additional coverages, and maintaining accurate client files. Requires active Florida 4-40 or 2-20 license and proficiency with AMS360, Word, Outlook, and Skype. Must thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and deliver insurance expertise to clients and underwriters. Required Qualifications
- Active Florida 4-40 or 2-20 Insurance License
- Proficiency with AMS360
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Proficiency in Outlook
- Proficiency with Skype Instant Messenger
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to handle high-volume, deadline-based environment
