Job Summary
Partner with Producers to support new business development, facilitate quoting and placement, and gather underwriting information for carrier submissions. Review new business submissions for accuracy, obtain and analyze carrier quotations, and prepare proposals and presentation materials for client reviews. Serve as the primary service contact for assigned commercial accounts, conducting pre-renewal reviews to identify exposure changes and coverage gaps. Coordinate renewal marketing efforts, present renewal recommendations, and process endorsements, policy changes, and claims requests. Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions within the agency management system and ensure compliance with agency procedures and regulatory requirements. Valid insurance license required for assigned state. On-site position only.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of one (1) to three (3) years' experience in a related position
- Valid Insurance License for assigned state
- Regular and predictable attendance
- This is an on-site position, not eligible for remote work
- Must be able to perform essential physical functions, including sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, handling objects, and lifting up to 40 pounds
- Requires effective visual, auditory, and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- A B.S. or B.A. degree in a related field
- Completion of CISR or CIC designation
- Experience using AMS360 or similar agency management system
