Job Summary
Account Manager for Commercial Lines at IOA Insurance Services in California. Manage an assigned book of business with focus on retention and new business, coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolve complex issues, and ensure accuracy. Lead the account management team, handle policy administration, renewals, AR, and data maintenance across agency and carrier platforms. Maintain proactive client communications, contribute to service excellence, stay compliant with company policies, and pursue continuous improvement and leadership aligned with IOA values.
Required Qualifications
- Active property & casualty licensing; CIC or equivalent preferred
- 3+ years of account management experience, or 5+ years in the insurance industry
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
