Job Summary
Account Manager serves as the main service contact for clients and carriers, handling day-to-day account servicing including new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations. Manages records in AMS360 and ImageRight, supports assigned producers, and maintains timely, professional communication with clients and carriers. Responsibilities include establishing relationships with clients and carriers, serving as the primary contact for insureds and carriers, backing up producers, maintaining expiration spreadsheets, completing leadership-required reports, overseeing day-to-day account service, handling marketing for new business and renewals, and utilizing carrier online rating systems as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Property and casualty insurance license
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the insurance industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
