Commercial Lines Account Manager

Commercial Lines Account Manager responsible for a high-profile portfolio of commercial clients, serving as the trusted advisor on coverage decisions, policy activity accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration with Producers, carriers, TPAs, and internal teams. Responsibilities include coordinating coverage placements, preparing proposals, participating in client meetings and presentations, supporting new business development, managing files, billing, renewals, documentation, and claims processing within agency management systems, reviewing policy coverage to identify enhancements and risk-reduction opportunities, ensuring regulatory and agency standards compliance, and fostering a service-oriented, collaborative culture. Qualifications include an active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license, 3-5+ years of commercial accounts experience (alternative risk/captive products a plus), Applied Epic experience, strong knowledge of commercial lines and risk management, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and a Bachelor's degree or advanced designation (CIC, CPCU, etc.) preferred. This hybrid role is based in Allentown, PA, with 3-4 days from home after training.
