Job Summary
Market new business as assigned by producers and prepare proposals for placement. Review and analyze client information to secure additional details, make independent recommendations regarding coverages and exposures, and prepare applications according to agency standards. Submit information to carriers and negotiate placements independently while developing strong relationships through daily service of endorsements and coverage questions. Use independent judgment to conceptualize solutions for client needs and support successful renewal marketing. Requires a Florida 2-20 or insurance license and 3+ years of agency experience.
Required Qualifications
- Florida 2-20 or insurance license
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years agency experience in designated field
Desired Qualifications
- Proficient in insurance agency management software (EPIC)
- Proficient in Microsoft products
