Job Summary
Coordinate expirations with agents to obtain renewal and new business information, maintaining an expiration control log. Provide in-house customer service to clients as assigned, assist in marketing new and renewal business, and check new and renewal policies for accuracy. Perform special projects at management's request. This role requires a minimum of two years of experience in commercial insurance within a service capacity and an active Property and Casualty license. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance from the Lexington, KY - Hamburg office. The position offers a hybrid schedule with no weekends required, a base compensation range of $47,776 to $71,993 annually, and eligibility for a performance bonus.
