Job Summary

Commercial Lines Account Executive focusing on program administration: manages a select book of commercial insurance accounts, delivers prompt and professional service to clients, producers, carriers, and internal teams, and supports renewals, proposals, and coverage requests. Leads operational activities, coordinates workflows and timelines to ensure SLA compliance, mentors Account Managers and CS Managers, participates in hiring and QA processes, and drives process improvements. Requires 8+ years of Commercial Property & Casualty experience, active General Lines or Property & Casualty license, and proficiency with Applied Epic or similar AMS; strong communication, detail orientation, teamwork, and client focus are essential.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance experience
  • Active General Lines or Property & Casualty license required
  • Experience with workflow coordination and operational support
  • Leadership or mentorship capabilities
  • Applied Epic experience preferred; AMS experience acceptable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and related applications
