Job Summary
Commercial Lines Account Executive responsible for coordinating, managing, and overseeing all aspects of client service to ensure retention. Activities include proactive day-to-day client service, collaboration with Producers to retain accounts, managing renewal processes and proposals, assisting with carrier negotiations, preparing renewal proposals and quotes, conducting annual exposure analyses, reviewing audits, and supporting the servicing team with documentation and communication through EPIC, Zywave, and Mod Master systems. Requires professional insurance knowledge, ability to analyze complex scenarios, and effective stakeholder communication; bachelor's degree preferred and state licensing maintained. Office-based in Craig, CO with travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent insurance experience
- Proficiency with EPIC data management system and MS Office
- Maintain insurance license as required by the appropriate State Department of Insurance
- Knowledge of commercial insurance products, underwriting procedures, and carrier negotiations
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Zywave and Mod Master is a plus
