Job Summary
Lead lighting projects from sales handoff to closeout with proactive communication and problem-solving. Responsibilities include reviewing project information, confirming handoffs, providing timely lighting submittals for customer approval, reviewing submittals and release information, entering purchase orders into the Job Management system, proactively managing the project and providing continuous updates to customers and agents, developing solutions for issues as they arise, and performing project closeout per policy. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge; 3+ years of commercial lighting project management experience; strong customer service, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, math, and MS Office skills. Located in Burlington, MA or Mansfield, MA on a full-time schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent knowledge through job related experience and training
- 3+ Years of prior Commercial Lighting Project Management experience preferred
- Experience with Eclipse/Solar and Job Management preferred
- Excellent Customer Service, problem solving and communication skills-both verbal and written
- Ability to develop long term relationships with superior interpersonal skills
- Strong math and Microsoft Office skills
Desired Qualifications
