Job Summary
Oversee and support the delivery of multiple Life Sciences projects, ensuring technical excellence and coordination across multidisciplinary teams. Provide authoritative guidance on engineering decisions, set technical standards, and lead work-winning activity in the Southeast region through bid strategy and client presentations. Build new client relationships, support regional financial planning, and contribute specialist input on complex HVAC systems, cleanroom design, and compliance frameworks. Mentor engineers and share best practice within the UK&I and European Science community. This strategic leadership role expands AECOM's capabilities in Commercial Life Sciences, requiring a Chartered Engineer with a proven track record in medium-to-large new-build and refurbishment projects.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience delivering complex Life Sciences, healthcare, or highly serviced technical buildings
- Demonstrable leadership, client-facing, and work-winning capability
- Strong organisational, negotiation and communication skills
- BEng (MEng preferred) in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering or related discipline
- Chartered Engineer (CEng) status
- Attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location as a condition of employment
