Job Summary
Examine shipping documents under Commercial Letters of Credit (UCP 600/ISBP), authorize and release payments, and process trade loans, ensuring end-to-end client transactions are completed within SLA. Monitor workflows, review and authorize peer processing, build relationships with management and internal stakeholders, identify process improvements, and report to senior management. Knowledge of trade finance products and regulatory/compliance frameworks (AML, OFAC) is essential, as is the ability to analyze datasets and support SLA-driven performance in a Trade & Working Capital context.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Examiner of Commercial Letters of Credit Documents
- Strong knowledge of UCP 600, ISBP, Boycott regulations, OFAC compliance, and Anti-Money Laundering
- Experience working with various stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Strong analytical ability with experience in analyzing large data sets
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project)
