Job Summary
Prepare line of credit advances, process construction and acquisition development draws, and create organized commercial loan files while checking for accuracy. Meet with customers to sign documents and distribute proceeds, process title insurance policies, and resolve post-closing issues with lending officers. Respond to customer inquiries and loan questions within established time frames, coordinate tasks across departments, and maintain logs of exceptions to follow up with agents. Protect the organization against fraud by incorporating risk awareness into daily responsibilities. This role supports the commercial lending function at Mid Penn Bank in Mount Laurel, NJ, offering a salary range of $20.00-$28.00 hourly.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree in related field preferred
- Minimum of one (1) year's related experience preferred
- Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills
- Proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills
- Moderate computer skills, including working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach with hands or arms, use hands to manipulate objects, handle or feel, and lift items weighing 20 lbs. or less
- Visual, auditory and speaking skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for a work visa by Mid Penn Bank currently or in the future
