Commercial Lending Relationship Manager

Job Summary
The Commercial Lending Relationship Manager is responsible for selling business products and services to commercial customers, analyzing credit worthiness, developing sales proposals, overseeing legal document preparation for loan closings, and promoting additional banking services. This role requires managing loan portfolio risks, maintaining acceptable delinquency levels, and engaging actively in community and professional organizations. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance and have at least three years of commercial lending experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Finance
- Minimum of three (3) years experience as a commercial lender
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, Internet navigation/research, and Outlook
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
