The Commercial Lending Relationship Manager is responsible for selling business products to commercial customers, analyzing credit worthiness, developing sales proposals, and promoting bank services. Key responsibilities include preparing legal documents for loan closings, monitoring loan portfolio risks, maintaining portfolio delinquency levels, and engaging with community and professional organizations. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance and a minimum of three years of commercial lending experience are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Finance
- Minimum of three (3) years experience as a commercial lender
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, Internet navigation/research, and Outlook
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
