Job Summary
Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Lending Administrator I at Provident Bank supports the CRE lending function under general direction. Responsibilities include generating, implementing, reconciling and maintaining department reporting, tracking and databases; facilitating collection and dissemination of borrower/guarantor/property financial information; scanning financials, appraisals, rent rolls, and leases; monitoring annual reviews and covenant compliance; creating and maintaining loan and deposit activity reports; updating loan systems with insurance certificates and related data; preparing release forms for paid-off loans; ensuring inter-department report accuracy; providing support to senior administrators and handling special projects; and troubleshooting more complex issues to ensure timely, accurate completion. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 2-5 years of related experience, along with strong communication, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of lending concepts.
