Job Summary
Meet or exceed annual loan production goals by obtaining applications, interviewing clients, and analyzing financial data to determine credit worthiness, pricing, and loan structure. Confirm documentation accuracy and compliance before closings, monitor delinquency, and proactively identify credit problems while managing total bank relationships. Respond to new loan requests by approving, declining, or submitting recommendations to the loan committee, maintaining an aggressive customer call schedule of at least 100 calls annually. Prepare month-end reporting, cross-sell bank products, and participate in commercial training sessions. Represent Glacier Bank professionally, ensuring all interactions enhance the bank's image while adhering to federal and state lending regulations.

Desired Qualifications
- Three to five years of experience as a Commercial Lender
- A moderate level of banking knowledge
