Job Summary
The Commercial Lender is responsible for identifying and cultivating customer relationships by prospecting for new leads and opportunities. Essential duties include interviewing applicants, analyzing financial data, conducting credit checks, and managing relationships throughout the credit process. The role involves growing an individual loan portfolio, ensuring compliance with terms, cross-selling bank products, and performing outside calling activities. Candidates should have at least 3 years of lending experience and a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for a college degree. Strong sales, organizational, and communication skills are required.
