Job Summary
Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial loans and related products (deposits, consumer loans) for a Kentucky community bank. Analyze, structure, and process commercial loan requests, renewals, and maturities, collaborate with the Credit Department, and present loans to the Loan Committee. Drive business development to expand customer relationships, handle delinquent-accounts collections, ensure regulatory compliance, and represent the bank at networking events to build community relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field.
- 3+ years of commercial lending experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze financials, structure loan requests, and meet deadlines.
