Job Summary
Commercial Legal Counsel responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements (software licenses, master services, reseller/distribution, data processing) and providing cross-functional legal support to Sales, Partner Organization, Finance, and Deal Desk. Role includes legal research, project coordination, and support across employment matters, IP, marketing, and cyber security incident response. Hybrid role requiring 2–3 days in the New York office with potential travel.
Required Qualifications
- Active membership in good standing with the New York Bar
- 2–6 years of relevant experience, ideally both in top law firm transactional practice or in-house
- Familiarity working with Legal AI tools and comfort with complex issues in a fast-moving environment
