Job Summary
Lead counsel on commercial leasing transactions; draft and negotiate leases and related agreements (letters of intent, work letters, assignment and transfer documents, lender subordination agreements, SNDAs); advise clients on market lease terms and risk considerations; represent landlords across office, retail, and industrial sectors; manage leasing transactions from initial negotiation through execution; work directly with clients, brokers, property managers, and opposing counsel; collaborate with partners and supervise junior attorneys as appropriate.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial leasing
- Active bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction
- Experience with office, retail, and industrial leases
