Commercial Lease Manager

Job Summary
Manage a significant commercial property portfolio by overseeing lease obligations, financial administration, and compliance requirements. Review and approve lease abstracts, manage rent reviews and CPI increases, and reconcile tenant billing and outgoings. Interpret lease documents to advise on landlord and tenant obligations while supporting annual budgeting, forecasting, and expenditure analysis. Liaise with landlords, agents, solicitors, and internal stakeholders to ensure lease integrity and exceptional client outcomes. Report to a Senior Lease Manager with support from a Lease Analyst.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in lease management, property administration or commercial property management
- Strong experience across commercial property portfolios including office, retail and industrial assets
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of data and reporting
- Strong financial acumen and experience reviewing lease-related costs and expenditure
- Proven ability to conduct monthly audits, reconciliations and data quality reviews
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to interpret lease documentation and manage compliance obligations
- Advanced administration and database management skills
- Tertiary qualification in Real Estate, Business or Finance, or Estate Agent's Licence
