Job Summary
Commercial Leadership Development Program – a three-year, rotational program starting September 2026, beginning as a Sales Support Representative (IT Channel) in Zaltbommel, NL, with three unique twelve-month assignments across various commercially oriented roles (e.g., quotation engineering, technical support, field sales, field marketing, application engineering, segment sales) and opportunities to work in at least two countries. The program emphasizes broad exposure within Eaton’s commercial growth strategy in the EMEA region, leadership development, relocation support, and a hybrid workmodel. Applicants should hold or anticipate a bachelor’s degree in Business-related fields (master’s preferred), possess strong English communication skills (Dutch highly desirable, French optional), and demonstrate proactivity, rapid learning, and a desire to pursue a leadership career in a multinational company. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business (economics, supply chain management, international management) or similar space by August 2026
- Master's degree preferred in these fields
- Work or internship experience is a plus (up to max 3 years)
- Effective communication in English; Dutch highly desirable; French optional
- Proactivity and curiosity
- Ability to learn fast and take challenging tasks
- Desire to build a leadership career in a multinational company
- Flexibility to relocate within the EMEA region during the program
