Job Summary
Lead Medtronic’s Surgical Innovation businesses across Türkiye with full accountability for revenue growth and market share expansion. Responsible for SI therapy strategy, sales execution, and operational excellence. Build and develop high-performing SI leadership teams and drive workforce planning and talent development. Represent Medtronic to senior stakeholders to influence healthcare access and policy. Deliver business revenue and profitability targets while driving execution of functional and sales strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 10 years of progressive sales leadership experience in healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical industries or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant sales and leadership experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales growth in emerging or complex markets

- Deep understanding of healthcare systems, reimbursement models, and medical technology sector
- Experience building and managing leadership teams
- Track record of successful strategic account management and stakeholder engagement at senior levels
- Strong leadership presence to inspire and mobilize diverse teams
