Job Summary
Act as the primary cost management liaison with clients and stakeholders, managing pre- and post-contract duties including cost estimates, procurement, tendering, and contract administration. Lead strategic commissions and high-profile projects by producing tender reports, final cost plans, and monthly post-contract cost presentations. Perform cost risk analysis, value engineering negotiations, and final account approvals while maintaining central feedback on estimating best practices. This full-time, on-site role in Frankfurt requires a Quantity Surveying degree and experience with large data centre construction projects. Fluency in German is preferred alongside English.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- A proven track record of delivering high quality cost management/quantity surveying services across the full project lifecycle
- Experience of leading cost management commissions for large construction projects of high complexity
- Technical knowledge of Data centre or other related facility asset types
- Good knowledge of all methods of construction and procurement
- Experienced with, or managing team that uses multiple estimating tools and applications
- Strong experience with spreadsheets and databases
- Collaborative approach, able to develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, internally and externally
- Good organization skills with the ability to multi-task
- English skills are required
- Availability for fulltime on-site work
