Job Summary
Build the commercial motion end-to-end: own qualification, pipeline management, proposal, and close for high-value institutional real estate deals. Lead outbound campaigns targeting institutional investors, developers, and operators; manage and grow a pipeline of enterprise accounts; iterate the GTM playbook to scale closing effectiveness; coordinate with domain and delivery teams to scope engagements; build systems and processes that make closing repeatable and credible in senior commercial conversations with CIOs and heads of acquisitions. Requires credibility and domain knowledge to converse with senior stakeholders, a strong automation mindset to streamline repetitive tasks, and willingness to travel (based in NY or able to be there).
Required Qualifications
- A degree in civil, structural, or technical engineering, and/or a track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals in institutional real estate, infrastructure, or adjacent professional services
