Commercial Laundry Mechanic

Conduct minor routine maintenance on property vehicles including engineering trucks, shuttle vans, and electric carts by checking oil, fluid levels, tire pressure, charging batteries, and replacing spark plugs. Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment through cleaning and lubrication, while maintaining proper inventory and requisitioning parts. Keep daily logs of operation, maintenance, and safety activities, documenting test results, instrument readings, and equipment malfunctions. Follow all company safety policies, report hazards or accidents, and complete required safety training. Visually inspect tools, equipment, and machines to identify defects, ensuring proper storage of flammable materials and adherence to professional appearance standards.
