Commercial Landscape Project Manager

Lead Commercial Landscape Project Management for multifamily construction, focusing on landscaping, hardscapes, and concrete work. Responsibilities include ensuring project performance across scope, quality, schedule, and cost; building strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers; coordinating job schedules; managing subcontractors to meet time, budget, safety, and quality standards; monitoring margins and expenses; conducting job-site inspections for quality compliance; fostering continuous improvement; enforcing OSHA safety protocols; expediting material deliveries; and reviewing/approving invoices aligned with the project budget.
