Job Summary
Lead multifamily landscape projects focusing on landscaping, hardscapes, and concrete construction. Manage subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget work while maintaining quality and safety per OSHA guidelines. Build strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers; coordinate schedules and expedites; review material/equipment invoices within budget; conduct job-site inspections for scope and quality; foster continuous improvement and a positive work environment. Requires irrigation knowledge, plant nomenclature, and the ability to interpret commercial landscape drawings and irrigation shop drawings. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. Desired background includes 5+ years of project management experience and 3+ years in landscaping and/or hardscape or concrete work; valid driver’s license.
